Introduction for double drum dryer :

Wood /sawdust dryer is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on. The moisture of wet materials is at 20 to 30%. The wood dryer is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper.

This dryer machine reduces mosture to 8% -12%, with the advantages: low cost consumption and high efficiency.

Principle of work for double drum dryer :

1.You can ignite fire in the stove by using wood waste, wood briquette or coal as the fuel.

2.Turn on the fans to attract the hot air which generated by the stove, and feed the sawdust into the feeding port.

3.After that the sawdust will be automatically attracted by the fan and mixed with the hot air inside the pipe.

4.Finally the dried sawdust will be came out through the cyclone.
