Introduction of wood sawdust drying machine:

Drying is important before briquetting process.

To get the superior quality of biomass briquettes or pellets with high density, it is necessary to control the moisture content of material at 8-12% before loading them into briquette machine, pellet machine or others, so the material need to be dried first.

The selection of suitable drying equipment is depending on the original moisture content of raw materials and your requirement on the capacity, usage, price etc.

Features of wood sawdust drying machine:

A. Raw materials could be sawdust, rice husk, milling wheat straw, corn stalks or other materials which maximummoisture content is 20-50%.The final moisture 8-12%.

B. Diameter of raw materials: 3- 5mm.

C. Temperature of Hot Air: 180-250 centigrade.

D. Working principle:

The stoves(boilers) generate hot air, then through the fan to dry the materials.

E. This wood drying machine reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.

This kind of airflow type drying machine is our newly developed advanced drying equipment which also called pipeline type dryer, it is suitable to dry the material which size is 3-5mm in diameter, such assawdust, rice husk, biomass powder etc.

Structures and operation of wood sawdust drying machine:

The wood dryer is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone.

Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly.

And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet material is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).
