Flow 1:
Coil car→Pay off reel→Coil opener→Deflector roll→Thickness gauge→(Shear) →Roll brusher→Mill→ Roll brusher →(Shear) →Thickness gauge→ Deflector roll →Right tension reel→Wrapper→Coil unloading car

Flow 2:
Coil car → Pay off reel → Deflector roll → Thickness gauge →( Shear ) → Roll brusher → Mill → Roll brusher →( Shear ) → Thickness gauge → Deflector roll → Right tension reel → Wrapper →Coil unloading car

The main feaures:

• The whole cast arches has high stiffness, small work roll diameter, big reduction pass rate, part of rolling material need no intermediate annealing, can be rolled into thin strips.
• With axial, radial roller shape adjusting, roller diameter dimension compensation, rolling line adjusting etc., and use hydraulic press down and hydraulic AGC system, the product is good in shape, and high in dimension precision.
• The equipment is light in weight, small in rolling mill boundary dimension, so the required civil work investment is less.
