JD Series

In order to meet the domestic printing market demands with rapid development better, JD series are new generation offset presses with patented technology.

JD series offset presses show wise, intelligence and high efficiency perfectly, because there are some special systems, such as automatic pneumatic clamp bar, automatic plate adjustment in three axis, automatic pressure adjustment, electronic control system with Mitsubishi CC-LINK.

The surface on the impression cylinders and plate cylinders are sprayed stainless steel so as to prolong press life better. The press can be formed digital workflow with prepress and post-press by CIP4. Ink amount and color can be also preset. Running condition and parameter changes of press can be monitored and controlled by INTERNET. UV, varnishing and automatic cleaner for blanket cylinders and ink rollers can be added conveniently. Thus the extensibility will be better.

Accurate gripper system

*After checkered high strength steel pads had been quenched, their life will be longer and replacement will be more conveniently.

*High precision needle roller bearings and opening bearings improve stability of gripper system.

Automatic device for adjusting paper thickness

*It is equipped with gear driven. Distance between cylinders can be given some feedbacks to screen by potentiometer automatically.

* Permanent magnetic generator driven can ensure stability of printing pressure, because of large torsion and strong self-lock.

* It is easier and more convenient to input paper thickness on the screen directly.

Pneumatic clamp bar, Change plate without tools

*Tension of clamp bar is controlled by imported hoses and disc springs, so that it is more flexible for operation.

*Corners of cylinders are controlled by high precision encoder. Plates will be installed and dismounted by program automatically. Thus it can meet the long version and short version edition of the printing business needs.

*The tail of clamp bar is separated, so that it can help paper more smooth.

Edging machine with high precision CCD photoelectric puncher

*Standard equipment: LED photoelectric puncher with 40 times rate. It is easier for operation and can avoid the errors during making plates.

*Programs of punching and edging are controlled pneumatically and finished once.

*PS plates are sucked by vacuum. It is super-hard alloy steel punch.
