A Brief Introduction

LD model single beam motor crane is improved and designed basing on LD type crane which has more reasonable structure and lighter in weight. This crane belongs to light duty crane,

can be used with CD1 and MD1 hoist. Lift capacity ranges from 1 ton to 10 tons,span width from 7.5m to 22.5m, working condition is A3-A5, working temperature is -25°C to +40°C.

This type crane is widely used in factories, warehouses and cargo yards, not suitable to be used in corrosive and explosive places.

Control can be ground operating or cabin operating, the operating cabin divided into closed one and open one, it can be installed at the left or right side up to requirements.

Material

the deformation of the single beam crane girder in the handling process, to ensure single beam crane girder precision. It improves work efficiency, while greatly enhances the whole strength,

and improves the quality of our cranes appearance.

Electric hoist

It can adopts CD or MD type hoist. CD type has single speed while MD type has double speed to satisfy accurate operation.

Main beam

The main girder includes girder box, platform, pantograph and trolley rail. The Main girder will be strictly fabricated and detected in our workshop according the design and national standard.

The toughness and strength are perfect combination. It applies shot blasting and high quality painting. Well-chosen choose steel plate, advanced welding technology and equipment.
