Reactor
- Bare reactor, inner and outside are welded by auto-wedling machine.
- Inlet and output are in one central line, and supported by rollers, in this way, could make it running stabile, even after long time steel plate deformed.
- Use standard gear, which is separate from reactor instead of welding on reactor, could avoid deformation after long time heating.
- Outside cover has three layers, use special insulation material, could achieve a good effect of heat preservation.

Cooling system
Cooling system directly related with the oil yield rate. For our cooling system, we have three steps
- First setp, cooling pipe.
Two layers, inner will be oil gas, out side will be covered by water, here heavy oil will be recycled, go into first heavy oil tank through oil-water separator.
- Second step, 2 vertical condensers.
Each condenser has 37 small gas pipes inside. Water will be outside and covered all these 37 small pipes, heat will be flowed out together with the flowing water. Here light oil will be recycled, go into second light oil tank.
- Third step, 2 horizontal condensers.
Each condenser has 69 small gas pipes inside. Water will be outside and covered all these 69 small pipes, heat will be flowed out together with the flowing water. Here light oil will be recycled, go into second light oil tank.
Through these three steps, cooling effect could be guaranteed, as well as oil yield rate.
Vacuum device
- Keep reactor running under negative pressure.
- Ensure safety.
Anti-back fire device
- Little residual gas can not be cooled. It will recycle these gas to furnace burning to heat the reactor.
- Water sealing disign will prevent tempering. Ensure safety.
