Main Features:

1. It adopts Dongfengchaochai’s direct injection diesel engine, which features with good performance in cold start, good performance in work, strong power, and low emissions.

2. Transmission system adopts hydraulic torque converter and power shift gear-box, which features with high transmission efficiency, good accelerating performance, stepless variable speeds,

full power shift, convenient operation,high stability, and high reliability.

3. Adopts specially strengthened mining machine drive axle, with hub reduction, 4-wheel drive, high obstacle crossing ability, and high reliability.

5. Adopts vacuum booster caliper disc type brake system, safe and reliable.

The strengthened designed bucket, thicken main and side knife board and reinforced dipper teeth have much increased the buckets’ rigidity, abrasive resistance and prolonged buckets’ service life.

9. The off-gas processing devices(water treatment) can keep the unburned fuel and partly burned carbon particle in the off-gas processing box.

The gas from the off-gas processing box is atomized gas, which does not stimulate human’s respiratory system and reduces air pollution and finally ensures workers’ health condition in poor ventilation space.
