Pellets wood -- --- Introduction

Our pellets wood machine canproduce wood pellet and feedstuff pellet.

It may also be applicable to biological fertilizer, organic manure as well as fertilizer for

low-temperature granulation.

The pellets wood machine has been installed with theelectrical control box and KAF reduction gearbox.

It also can make feedstuff pellets from grain powder or agro wastes, which it could be granule pellet for the fish, chicken, rabbits, etc.

Our pellets wood machine is designed to process Sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds, crop stalks and other plant wastes, biomass, sawdust pellet with all kinds of sawdust, rice husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, hulls, forestry wastes, wood chips, chemical waste and

many other wastes or solid powder materials. especially low-bonding and unformed materials into high density biomass pellets which are convenient for storage and transportation.

In addition, it also can be used to process corn, soybean, bone meal, soya meal, bran into animal feed which is good to smell and nutritious.

6.Auto lubrication system for bearing and rollers:

We have to stop the pellet machine to fill the grease into rollers manually when the machine works for every 2 hours

FOR THE USUAL PELLET MACHINE, it is inconvenient for making Pellets constantly.

So we have designed the auto lubrication system to improve efficiency.

Now you just need to step the feet valve of auto lubrication system to fill the grease into the bearing of rollers every 2 hours,

and no need to stop the machine.

So far, we just use the auto lubrication system for the model of KAF 400, KAF 450 and KAF 550 pellet machine.

Requirements of Raw Material :

Moisture of raw materials is less than the national standard of 13%. If not, the raw material must be dried.

The size of raw materials is no more than 5mm, if not; the raw material must be crushed.

Pellets wood ---Working principle:

The biomass material has been on the die through the feed hopper.

The press roller has been driven by principle axis, then press roller has extend the material to the nib,

the material has been shaped to the cylindrical pellet in the nib for certain time and would be cut the rotary slicer,

then moved to the discharge hole.
